Anusara (a-nu-sar-a) means “to be in the flow”, “flowing with grace”, “the soul in the flow with the universe”, “following your heart”

“The central philosophy of Anusara Yoga is based on the view that everything is supreme Consciousness- nothing exists that in not supreme Consciousness. It encompasses a vision of totality in which each person is seen as equally divine in every part-body, mind and spirit...It is through the limitations of the body/mind that we discover that our true nature is boundless goodness and vast luminous Consciousness.” - John Friend, Anusara Teacher Training Manual
